When EasyNetSites was started, there were two important principles that had to be maintained... "Easy-to-Use" and "Low Cost".  Those principles are still our focus today!  Built on the concept of "Software as a Service."  Annual service fees include use of the application, all upgrades made to the application, hosting of the website, and 5 email addresses.  There is no bandwidth usage limitation and all sites have three (3) gigabytes of storage with the account.

Our graphic design team will create a unique, professional layout that based on elements that your group desires to include (logo, colors, etc.) or they can start from scratch and design a custom look for your group.  We can also do image packages that include logo design or rework and print-ready business card layouts, letterhead and envelopes.  Depending on complexity, the graphics package (the “face” of your site) costs can vary.  The standard graphics package includes the site template and is a one-time fee of $250.  More advanced graphic services (rotating images, flash headers, etc.) are available and will be quoted as requested. 
 
EasyNetSites works closely with its clients to define and meet the needs that exist while keeping the cost low and the process easy.  We will work with you to format your existing data (Excel, database, other) into the necessary format to allow it to be easily converted and uploaded into your new site, saving you time!  We can also handle your domain name registration and renewal ($17.95/domain per year).
 
Our training program is designed to get you up and running with the knowledge necessary to operate your site and its tools with confidence!  Once your site is designed and approved, we schedule four (4) trainings sessions, one per week for four (4) weeks.  Each session is about four hours in length.  Trainings are held via telephone / conference call and you are invited to have up to 3 persons attend.  Since you are actually working on your site as you train, your site is usually complete or very close to complete by the time the training is finished. 
 
Support is available via telephone and email from 9 am to 6 pm (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday. 
 
Also, we can install additional 3rd party tools on your site to meet other needs you may have.  Tools include WordPress blogs, photo galleries such as ZenPhoto or Piwigo, MediaWiki and even TNG (The Next Generation).  Installations are $45.00.
